Hi, I'm Dr Kirsty Lee

I’m a psychological scientist with 20-years experience in the wellbeing field, including expertise in trauma, mental health, neurodivergence, and the mind-body connection.
This expertise in combination with my own spiritual and healing journey led me to develop a science-backed approach to inner transformation. I spent years achieving big successes while feeling deeply alone and disconnected. I eventually burnt out. During my recovery, I discovered how to come home to myself.
I created this program because I’ve lived this journey and I know the way out.

Don't worry, I hear this a lot. There are many types of meditation, and not all will suit the way your brain works. Sitting and focusing on your breath can feel especially challenging for beginners. I incorporate visualisation and mantra meditations, which activate different parts of the brain. These can be especially helpful for overthinkers and neurodivergent individuals.
