I have a BSc and PhD in Psychology, Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and spent 5-years as a Psychology Professor and MSc Director of Mental Health & Wellbeing in the workplace. My personal journey includes years of mastering mindset, overcoming perfectionism and burnout. I'm uniquely positioned to guide ambitious leaders toward sustainable success through academic rigour and real-world wisdom.

Body

My academic career spans groundbreaking research in psychosomatic health, with publications in prestigious journals. I earned a distinction in my MSc Health Science and graduated top of class. I've developed deep experiential wisdom through my own journey with chronic illness, and alongside academic expertise, teach balance, resilience, and authentic vulnerability to serve my clients.

Soul

I'm a certified Spiritual Life Coach with extensive study of meditation and metaphysical practices. Through a profound personal transformation from skeptic to devoted practitioner, I've cultivated deep understanding of consciousness expansion and human potential. This unique combination of formal training and intuitive practice enables me to guide others in awakening inner peace and purpose.
