Faith Loves Company coaches are not licensed medical or mental health professionals unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Confidentiality
Faith Loves Company values and respects your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
Results Not Guaranteed
Faith Loves Company does not guarantee results or specific outcomes from coaching or other services provided. Success depends on your level of commitment, effort, and application of coaching insights to your personal and professional life.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging with the Service, you agree to:
- Participate fully and take ownership of your progress.
- Provide honest and accurate information during sessions and communications.
- Respect the time and efforts of your coach, including adhering to scheduled appointments and payment terms.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in termination of the coaching relationship.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Coaching sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows without sufficient notice may be charged in full at Faith Loves Company’s discretion.
Testimonials and Success Stories
Faith Loves Company may feature client testimonials or success stories on the Service or in promotional materials. By providing a testimonial, you grant Faith Loves Company permission to use your name, likeness, and statements. Any such use will respect your confidentiality unless you have provided explicit consent to share identifiable details.
Code of Conduct
Faith Loves Company fosters a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment. By engaging with the Service, you agree to:

Force Majeure
Faith Loves Company shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services.
